The trip was amazing, but being away from the kids that long was tougher than he or his wife had anticipated. Rod is the Guide to First Aid at About.com. Besides vacationing in Europe, he spent this summer dispelling some common first aid myths. To get the word out, Rod has been interviewed for several newspaper stories throughout the country, and has appeared on Fox News Live and CNN Radio. Rod's been a recurring guest on PreschoolRockMoms.com, an internet radio show dealing with moms of preschool kids.
